--> Deutsche Version
Fähigkeit Erklärung
Absorb Absorbieren If a source would deal damage to this creature, prevent N of that damage.
Affinity Affinität This spell costs you {1} less to play for each [text] you control.
Amplify Verstärkung As this object comes into play, reveal any number of cards from your hand that share a creature type with this object. This object comes into play with X +1/+1 counters on it for each card revealed this way. You can’t reveal this card or any other cards that are coming into play at the same time as this card.
Aura Swap Aurentausch [Cost]: You may exchange this permanent with an Aura card in your hand.
Banding Bündnisfähigkeit As a player declares attackers, he or she may declare that any number of those creatures with banding, and up to one of those creatures without banding, are all in a “band.” A player may declare as many attacking bands as he or she wants, but each creature may be a member of only one of them. Once an attacking band has been announced, it lasts for the rest of combat, even if something later removes the banding ability from one or more creatures. However, creatures in a band that are removed from combat are also removed from the band. If an attacking creature becomes blocked by a creature, each other creature in the same band as the attacking creature becomes blocked by that same blocking creature. A player who controls an attacking creature with banding chooses how combat damage is assigned by creatures blocking that creature. A player who controls a blocking creature with banding chooses how combat damage is assigned by creatures it blocks. If the creature had banding when it attacked or blocked, but the ability was removed before the combat damage step, damage is assigned normally.
Bloodthirst Blutdurst Bloodthirst is a static ability. “Bloodthirst N” means “If an opponent was dealt damage this turn, this permanent comes into play with N +1/+1 counters on it.” “Bloodthirst X” is a special form of bloodthirst. “Bloodthirst X” means “This permanent comes into play with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the total damage your opponents have been dealt this turn.” If an object has multiple instances of bloodthirst, each applies separately.
Bushido Bushido Whenever this creature blocks or becomes blocked, it gets +X/+X until end of turn.
Buyback Rückkauf When playing a spell with buyback, the controller of the spell may pay an additional cost specified on the card. If he or she does, when the spell resolves, the spell is put into his or her hand instead of into his or her graveyard. If the spell goes to some zone other than its owner’s graveyard as it resolves, buyback’s effect “loses track” of it, and it isn’t returned to its owner’s hand.
Champion Beschützen When this permanent comes into play, sacrifice it unless you remove another [object] you control from the game. When this permanent leaves play, return the removed card to play under ist owner's control.
Changeling Wandelwicht This card is every creature type at all times.
Channel Blutzoll Channel cards have an activated ability that lets you discard them to get a temporary effect that's similar to the creature's normal ability. The ability after "channel" is an activated ability that you can play any time the channel card is in your hand and you have priority.
Clash Fehde To clash, a player reveals the top card of his or her library. That player may then put that card on the bottom of his or her library. * An X in a revealed card's mana cost is treated as 0.

Convoke Einberufen As an additional cost to play this spell, you may tap any number of untapped creatures you control. Each creature tapped this way reduces the cost to play this spell by {1} or by one mana of any of that creature’s colors.

Double Strike Doppelschlag Creatures with first strike deal their combat damage first, and creatures with double strike deal their combat damage twice. When you reach the combat damage step, check to see if any attacking or blocking creatures have first strike or double strike. If so, an extra combat damage step is created just for them. Only creatures with first strike and double strike get to deal combat damage in this step. After that, the normal combat damage step happens. All remaining attacking and blocking creatures, as well as the ones with double strike, deal combat damage during this second step. Making a creature lose first strike after the extra combat damage step doesn't allow it to deal damage again during the normal combat damage step.

Equip Ausrüstung All Equipment have equip. You can pay the equip cost to attach the Equipment to one of your creatures. It doesn’t matter if the Equipment is unattached or is attached to a different creature. You can play this ability only at the time you could play a sorcery. The equip ability targets the creature you’re moving the Equipment onto.
Evoke Herbeirufen You may play this spell for its evoke cost. If you do, it's sacrificed when it comes into play.
Exalted Edelmut Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Fading Schwund This permanent comes into play with X fade counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a fade counter from this permanent. If you can’t, sacrifice the permanent.
Fear Furcht A creature with fear can’t be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or black creatures.
First strike Erstschlag Creatures with first strike deal their combat damage first, and creatures with double strike deal their combat damage twice.

The card’s owner can play the spell from his or her graveyard by paying its flashback cost. If a spell is played this way, it’s removed from the game instead of being put anywhere else any time it would leave the stack. Playing a spell using its flashback ability follows the rules for paying alternative costs.
Flying Fliegend A creature with flying can’t be blocked except by creatures with flying or reach.
Forecast Vorhersage A forecast ability is a special kind of activated ability that can be played only from a player’s hand. A forecast ability may be played only during the upkeep step of the card’s owner and only once each turn. Sweep Wegfegen Some powerful spells can uproot the land itself. When you play a spell with the sweep ability, you can return to your hand any number of your lands of the right type. The more lands you return, the more devastating the spell is. For example, when you play Sink into Takenuma, your opponent must discard a card for each Swamp you pick up.
Threshold Grenzwert Threshold is a characteristic-setting ability. An object with threshold has the text after “Threshold —” if its controller has seven or more cards in his or her graveyard. Then shuffle your library. Play this ability only any time you could play a sorcery.” Although the transmute ability is playable only if the card is in a player’s hand, it continues to exist while the object is in play and in all other zones. Therefore objects with transmute will be affected by effects that depend on objects having one or more activated abilities.
Unearth Exhumieren [Cost]: Return this card from your graveyard to play. It gains haste. Remove it from the game at end of turn. If it would leave play, remove it from the game instead of putting it anywhere else. Play this ability only any time you could play a sorcery.

Vigilance Wachsamkeit When a creature with vigilance attacks, it doesn’t become tapped.
Wisdom Weisheit As Kamigawa’s spirit war raged on, it became clear that the route to victory wouldn’t be mindless violence—it would be wise, thoughtful violence. To reflect this, the Saviors of Kamigawa™ set is filled with creatures and spells that get better the more cards you have in your hand. This magic takes different forms. Some cards, like Akki Underling, bulk up if you have seven or more cards in your hand. Others, like Kitsune Bonesetter, only care about whether you’re holding more cards than your opponent. Still more, like Soramaro, First to Dream, scale their effects based on the exact number of cards in your hand. Their strength varies with the size of your hand, but they all pack powerful magic in their veins.
Wither Verdorren This deals damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters.
